It’s not hard to find a good dealer/mechanic; but it’s not easy to find one you can trust. I’ve been driving for more than 50 years and I’ve been a customer of Dieckhaus Buick for the last 20 years. I buy my cars from them and have them repaired there. Needing a repair is not a cause for celebration, but having the problem properly identified and properly corrected is. I once took my car in to have the speedometer repaired or replaced. It registered faster than I was travelling. It turned out I had accidentally set the control for kilometers. Problem solved, no charge; happy all around.

It was a long search over many months and looking over several different examples across the country. We were not only fortuitous to find her car so very close to where we live, but to find such a caring dealership as Bristol Motors.
Dealership Principal, Mr. Christopher Dieckhaus, both went out of their way to make sure that all of the additional work was performed on our vehicle so that it looks brand new. This involved not only their repair shop, but an outside body shop, window tinting shop, and upholstery shop. The level of patience, persistence, communication, and caring that they lavished on our car and to us, their customer, was on a level that is simply nonexistent in today’s times. We not only feel that our patronage was valued, but that we were dealing with friends, not some uncaring organization that was just trying to “make another quick sale.”
